Nexus 7 has got the popularity which was thought while manufacturing it and now a huge demand for its accessories is there. From 10th of January, 2013 a dock for Nexus 7 tablet will be available online for sale. It will cost about $US40 and shipping for US customers will start first. A genuine source B&H confirmed this news. Using this dock the tablet can be easily put on a table and you can watch the content by sitting slightly away from it or you can just plugin in the audio jack and listen your favorite numbers on the music system.
This dock has been manufactured by ASUS and it allows USB and headphone connections through its microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It also has a separate port for charging the device which will let the user use USB connection while charging. Now users will also be able to connect the tablet with external audio systems and let it on rest with the dock.
Now tablet is available in the stock and its dock will also be available after two days. GooglePlay store recently confirmed that the device will be available for $200 with 16GB internal memory. Nexus 7 will run on new jelly bean android version which has very new and impressive features.
Nexus 7 comes with NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad core processor with 1GB RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The internal memory options are 16GB and 32GB but there is not slot for microSD card to expand its memory further. It also has support for 3G cellular network with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC features. The 1.2MP camera is there at the front to let the users chat with their friends with the live video.
There was a new group of users who wanted a 7” tablet which forced even Apple to launch iPad mini which has approx 8” display. Google with ASUS launched recently the new Nexus 7 with 7” HD IPS display. The display resolution is also very impressive (1280×800 pixels).
Nexus 7 with all these specs and features will surely beat even iPad mini of Apple because iPad mini do not have HD display of Nexus 7 quality and its price is also higher. Also the popularity of the android operating system will help in getting the big sales graph to the Nexus 7. The android 4.2 new Jelly Bean has many new features which will be there in this device as well.
Multi user support, new gesture keyboard, improved user interface, improved battery life, updated GooglePlay app store are the few major features of the Jelly Bean 4.2. Although the new camera app won’t be much used as it has only 1.2MP at front and no camera at rear but rest of Jelly Bean features will be there.
Nexus 7 is available now in nine countries around the globe and the price in US is $200 for 16GB version. Its dock will also be available from 10 Jan at a price of $US40.
