2. In the location box paste the following “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\EXCEL.EXE” /e
3. Click next and give your shortcut a name and click on finish to create the shortcut. When you open this shortcut the splash screen won’t show up anymore.

1. On your desktop right click and select new and then click on shortcut
2. In the location box paste the following “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\POWERPNT.EXE” /s
3. Click next and give your shortcut a name and click on finish to create the shortcut. When you open this shortcut the splash screen won’t show up anymore.
