• Use portable version of SuperAntiSpyware to remove the antivirus
• Reboot into Safe mode if the first step doesn’t work then try again using SuperAntiSpyware.
• If rebooting in to safe mode also doesn’t work then try using ComboFix
• Install Malwarebytes and do complete system scan
• Then reboot and do a complete scan using your antivirus which is installed.

1. Reboot into safe mode by pressing F8 immediately before window boots and select safe mode with networking.
2. You need to fix your internet connection because antivirus live changes all your internet settings to prevent you from using anything.
3. Go to internet options and then to LAN settings and check the box with bypass proxy server for local address.
4. Install SuperAntiSpyware which you can download from internet within safe mode.
5. After installing the program it will perform a quick analysis of your system and then open a window for update so click on check for update button to get the latest definition.
6. Once update is done click scan your computer button and select all the drives for scanning.
7. The scan takes quite a lot of time to finish and then only can you proceed on removing the virus from your computer.
8. Once the removal is done reboot your computer and make sure to boot back into safe mode.
9. After re-booting back to safe mode now install malwarebytes and make sure to update it to get the latest updates. After updating perform a complete scan of your system.
10. Malwarebyte will sniff out more malwares that superantispyware had missed. Then click on remove to remove them completely from your system.
11. Then reboot and your system and install Microsoft Security Essentials and perform another scan to make sure that no malware is remaining.
