Both the tablets are equipped with 1 GB of RAM. Google Nexus 7 features internal storage of 8 GB and 16 GB where as Asus Transformer Price comes in 32 GB and 64 GB internal memory versions.

The two tablets feature HTML browser but beside it the Asus Transformer Prime also include Adobe Flash and the Google Nexus got RSS.
