Google takes one important step to safeguard the web and make it a better place to be. It has acquired anti virus giant’s Virus Total to make internet more virus free.
Virus Total is an online virus scanning and tool and service.
It is assumed Google has something big in its plan with Virus Total. The Web search giant may be coming with something super exciting with it.
No more information is made available about the acquisition but surely users will benefit with this new partnership of Google and Virus Tool.
Earlier, couple of times Google’s Android mobile operating system suffered security attacks by malware. Google may use the Virus Total online security tool to enhance security of its Android OS.
It is also assumed Google may use Virus Total to safeguard its Google Play store against malicious apps. Now Google Bouncer is employed for this.
