Asus Employee Confirms Google Asus Nexus Tablet With Quad Core Tegra 3 Processor

There is certain new information that can be heard these days regarding the launch of the new tablet. The information came from an Asus Employee.

In an anonymous interview to Android Authority at Taipei, the Asus employee confirms the existence of Google Nexus tablet and told that it is just “awesome”. He also said that the Nexus tablet will be launched by the end of June.

The next I/O conference of Google is stated to take place from the 27th of June and it is expected that Google is going to launch the Nexus Tablet in the coming conference.

It has also been heard that the company is going to hand over some of the free copies of the device to some of the top developers. If this rumor is true then it can surely help in the application development for the tablets.

The Google Asus Nexus 7-inch tablet has moved up to the benchmark created by Rightview. The thing which is considered to be the best in this case is the Tegra 3 processor which is included in the tablet.

The processor is from Nvidia and it runs at 1.3 GHz. It also has the Nvidia ULP GeFrorce GPU. This helps to provide power to the screen which measures 1,280X768.

The rumored price tag for the Nexus is $199, although some believes we will see two different versions of the tablet with prices starting at $149.
