A Big NO For Galaxy S4 In Early 2013 By Samsung

Samsung has poured cold water on the rumor that Galaxy S4 is on the way to release in March next year. Yes, consumer needs to wait longer than reported for the next version of Samsung’s most successful smartphone Galaxy S3.

Samsung denied today that it would launch Galaxy S4 in March 2013. The Korean handset maker tweeted in local language that says, “Please note that some media reported speculation that the Galaxy S3 subsequent models will be released in a simple rumor is not true. [If] not doing anything, why spread these rumors?”

Yesterday, Korea Times reported citing unnamed Samsung official that Galaxy S4 would be launched at the next Mobile World Congress scheduled to be in Barcelona in February 2013 and it would be released a month later.

Well, releasing of Samsung Galaxy S4 in March next year would be a bit premature as the Galaxy S3 debuted this year in May. Also, Samsung is to launch its 64GB model of Galaxy S3 by this year end.

Meanwhile, Galaxy S3 sales have reached 20 million in only first 100 days. Samsung expects to be selling it 30 million units by this year end. Moreover, the company would be looking for more mileage out of the S3.
